- Yoga & Mindfulness
The workshop runs for 2 days where Piano Fundamentals, Yoga & mindfulness will be explored in a fun, inclusive environment. You are welcome to join us for 1 day or for maximum benefits join us at a discounted rate for both days.
Please pack a lunch box and water bottle for your child as you do for the school (please do not send any nuts or seeds).
Some fruits, veggies, and snacks will also be provided.

With the goal to grow their confidence for performance at the end of day 2 including piano piece, yoga poses & sun salutation dance.
Students will be presented with a skills & participation certificate upon completion.
